Commercial Landscape Enhancement Manager

Field Execution (Hands-On Work):

• Lead by example with direct participation in job tasks, including plant installations, hardscape elements, mulch applications, drainage improvements, irrigation installation/repair, and seasonal upgrades.
• Operate commercial-grade equipment and vehicles such as skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers, and trucks with trailers.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and production pace on active jobsites.

Project Coordination & Oversight:

• Plan and manage the daily and weekly enhancement schedule based on sold work and client needs.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and staging in advance of scheduled work.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Crew Management:

• Supervise and support a team of enhancement laborers and technicians.
• Conduct morning huddles, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and coach team members in the field.
• Enforce all safety standards and lead jobsite safety protocols.

Client Interaction & Site Quality:

• Serve as the field point of contact for property managers, facility directors, and account managers during enhancement projects.
• Walk properties before and after completion to ensure proper installation and cleanup.
• Document change orders or additional work opportunities and communicate them internally.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Track labor hours, job costs, and project status using work order management systems (Aspire.)
• Submit production reports, material usage, and crew timesheets.
• Collaborate with account managers to plan enhancements based on seasonal needs and budget allocations.
• Strict Adhere to Mullin “Start Clean, Finish Clean” process.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial landscape enhancements or construction.
• Strong plant and turf knowledge specific to commercial settings (medians, campuses, retail centers, HOAs, etc.).
• Proven experience leading crews and managing job progress in the field.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and proposals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
