Project Scope: Plantings, Sod, irrigation, specimen tree installation
The site of the former Houma Courier Newspaper will be transformed into Courier Labs, a bulk wholesale manufacturing lab of hemp products. The current grounds will be transformed with specimen large scale trees and shrub plantings throughout, along with a custom linear fountain, giving the building a more modern feel. Mullin worked directly with CARBO to bring the project within budget and still provide the lush feel ownership desired.
